Mix Haules Baules pentru BeatFactor - de la DJ Logan

Muzica speciala nu are nevoie de ocazii speciale pentru a fi impartasita. Cu toate acestea, aceasta ar putea fi o ocazie speciala, intrucat DJ Logan ne-a oferit in exclusivitate un mix marca "Hales Baules".

Momentan, Logan este in studio si lucreaza la primul release Haules Baules, lucru ce se va intampla undeva la inceputul anului urmator. Puteti sa-l prindeti si la urmatorul eveniment facut de Pisi Love, care va avea loc pe 11 decembrie. Line up-ul il include pe britanicul Kelvin Andrews, reprezentant Fabric, Lowlife, Electric Chair, Beats In Space. Revenim cu detalii.

1. DJ Enne - "Ciao Georgio" - Nang (2009) - "A fine hypnotic homage to mr Georgio Moroder. Seemed like a good place to start... deep and trippy for the first part of the mix covering the different styles I usually play.

2. Mike Burns - "Kuss Im Jahr 3000" - Phoenix Project (2007) - Good example of a re-edit done well. Mike Burns keeps the disco vibe, but trips it out with loops and effects.

3. Good Guy Mikesh & Filbert - "Cleaning Up (Mark E Remix)" MIrau (2009) - "A big tune for me at the moment. A gently unfolding monster of a remix from Mark E, on Tensnake's great Hamburg label."

4. Anton Zap - "Mon 16:46" - Uzuri (2009) - "Dub Techno in proportions, with a deep house delivery. An autumn / winter tune from Moscow's emerging talent. All four tracks on this Outside EP are rich, individual and compelling."

5. New Grooves - "2AM" Nu Groove (1991) - "The sound of early 90's New York house from the main contender of the scene, Nu Groove records. Ronald Burrell, Bobby Kondors, Joey Beltram, Lenny Dee... The Nu Groove front four."

6. Altair Nouveau - "Space Fortress" - SolarDisco (2009) - "I know some people are gonna hate this tune, whilst for others this is heaven. I always have room for some sleazy Italo in my sets and this is a great contemporary take on an analogue Italo sound."

7. Mark Grusane & Mike Cole - "Time and Space" - Rush Hour (2009) - "Apparantly a re-issue of another early 90's New York track. The kind of record you fall down holes to, in a dark club, while sweat drips from the ceiling.. No K needed, just play it LOUD."

8. Hot Natured - "Electric Jones" - Wolf + Lamb (2009) - "Yea, they sample MGMT's Electric Feel, but don't let that put you off. Jamie Jones and Lee Foss add enough wonky fonk to make this work. Another great release from Wolf + Lamb. Picking up the pace."

9. Jackmate - "Back that Bitch" Morris Audio (2002) - "Sometimes all you need are jackin hi-hats and a great bassline."

10. Pancake - "See the stars" Work Records (1993) - "Played this at the Weatherall gig last week for the first time in years.. and it still works :)

11. A Made Up Sound - "Wire" - Clone (2009) - "Stripped down house workout propelling itself along with some of the sharpest sounds around. Techno and house, but not tech-house."

12. San Soda - Doorsnee - We Play House (2009) - "The sound of my summer."

13. Pitch & Hold - "Twins" - Love Triangle Music (2009) - "Arpeggiator heaven, and kind of bringing the mix full circle. A good place to end."
