Cei de la LCD Soundsystem au lansat un trailer pentru promovarea DVD-ului `Shut Up And Play The Hits`.

Materialul a fost realizat sub forma unui documentar ce prezinta detalii despre ultimul showul LCD, sustinut in aprilie 2011 la Madison Square Garden din New York.

La ultimul gig LCD Soundsystem, James Murphy & co au fost acompaniati pe scena de trupa Arcade Fire. Impreuna au cantat `North American Scum`. Pe 5 februarie 2011, cei de la LCD Soundsystem au anuntat ca nu vor continua acest proiect.

DVD-ul `Shut Up And Play The Hits` va fi difuzat la Sundance Film Festival.
