Biografie A Guy Called Gerald

A Guy Called Gerald este Gerald Simpson, unul dintre fondatorii muzicii techno. Nascut in Manchester, UK, Gerald a abordat inca de la inceputurile carierei sale un stil muzical versatil, pelcand de la techno la acid house si chiar un devenind chiar un contribuitor de baza la scena drum & bass.

Gerald face muzica de prin '80. E aproape inutil sa enumeri atatea productii cu care artistul si-a facut loc pe scena foarte udnerground de la icneput, practic aproape inexistenta. In 2005 a lansat label-ul Sugoi Recordings si Laboratory Instinct (cea din urma reprezentand o casa de discuri si un promoter).

Ultimul sau proiect este lansat la Laboratory Instinct. 'Photo Acid / The Berlin Sessions' este atat un mix CD cat si un dublu vinyl, reprezentand ultimul album semnat A Guy Called Gerald.
