Daniel Bell a trait in anii '90 in Detroit, si si-a creat un nou vocabular pentru muzica techno, axat pe "Bleeps" si "Blips". Productiile sale au generat un succes uimitor in bag-urile unor artisti precum Josh WInk, Richie Hawtin si multi artisti nemti ce adapta stilul minimal house.

Este cunoscut in primul rand datorita pieselor lansate la label-ul sau Accelerate.
