Codeine Velvet Club

Codeine Velvet Club este o trupa scotiana pop-rock, formata din Lou Hickey si Jon Lawer (mai cunoscut in calitate de lider al trupei The Fratellis). Cele doua single-uri extrase de pe albumul de debut al trupei (“Hollywood” si “Vanity Kills”) s-au bucurat de recenzii favorabile din partea presei de specialitate, criticii apreciind in mod deosebit aranjamentele orchestrale amintind de pop-ul anilor ’60.
